The Prophet Muhammad (S) said: "The example of guidance and knowledge with which Allah has sent me is like abundant rain falling on the earth. Some of which was fertile soil that absorbed rainwater and brought forth vegetation and grass in abundance. (And) another portion of it was hard and held the rainwater and Allah benefited the people with it and they utilized it for drinking (making their animals drink from it) and to irrigate the land for cultivation. (And) a portion of it was barren which could neither hold the water nor bring forth vegetation (then that land gave no benefits). The first is the example of the person who comprehends Allah's Religion (Islam) and gets benefit (from the knowledge) which Allah (a) has revealed through me (the Prophet) and learns and then teaches it to others. The (last example is that of a) person who does not care for it and does not take Allah's Guidance revealed through me (he is like that barren land)" (Al-Mukarramah).

Tafseer al-Jalalain is considered one of the most important books of tafseer of the Holy Quran. It was written by Jalal al-Deen al-Mahali (died in 1459 CE/864 AH) and his pupil Jalal al-Deen Al-Suyuti (died in 1505 CE/911 AH)—who were called Jalalain (the two Jalal’s). Tafseer al-Jalalain is considered the easiest tafseer to read because of its simple style and short length—one volume. اعتبر تفسير الجلالين من أهم كتب التفسير لدراسة القران الكريم. لقد ألفه جلال الدين المحلي (توفي 864 هـ \ 1459 م) وتلميذه جلال الدين السيوطي (توفي 911 هـ \ 1505 م) اللذَيْن لقّبا بالجلالين. ويعتبر تفسير الجلالين من أسهل التفاسير قراءةً لأسلوبه المبسط وطوله في مجلد واحد. .

روضة الأنوار في سيرة النبي المختار هو كتاب في السيرة النبوية، ألفه الإمام صفي الرحمن المباركفوري (1943-2006)، يعتبر الكتاب مختصر في سيرة الرسول غير مكثر ولامقلل، استمد المؤلف مادته العلمية من القرآن الكريم والتفاسير الموثقة، ثم من كتب السنة والسيرة. قال صفي الرحمن المباركفوري في مقدمة كتابه : اقترح على بعض الإخوان بتأليف كتاب جديد في حجم متوسط أجمع فيه ما هو ثابت ومعترف به عند أئمة هذا الفن، مع مراعاة مستوى الناشئين وعامة الدارسين، متجنبا الإجحاف والانحراف، فطلبت من الله التوفيق والسداد، وبدأت بالعمل المطلوب، مستمدا في ذلك من القرآن الكريم تفاسيره المعتمدة، ثم من كتب السنة والسيرة، ومستفيدا بما يوجد فيها من القرائن والشهادات الداخلية، وما يحيط بها من الشهادات الخارجية، وآثرت أن تكون العبارة مأخوذة من الروايات وكلام الأوائل بقدر الإمكان. مع الاختصار والاختيار، وأرجوا أني قد أديت المطلوب إلى حد قريب، وأدعو الله سبحانه أن ينفع به المسلمين، ويجعله خالصاً لوجهة الكريم.

كتاب الرحيق المختوم هو أحد الكتب المتخصصة في سيرة الرسول محمد، وهو من تأليف الشيخ صفي الرحمن المباركفوري، حيث قدمه الشيخ في مسابقة رابطة العالم الإسلامي في السيرة النبوية الشريفة التي أعلن عنها في المؤتمر الذي عقد في باكستان عام 1396 هـ، وحاز البحث على المركز الأول في المسابقة التي قدم فيها أكثر من 170 بحثا. و يقول الشيخ المباركفوري عن كتابه: «وقد قدر الله لهذا الكتاب من القبول ما لم أكن أرجوه وقت الكتابة، فقد نال المركز الأول في المسابقة، وأقبل عليه الخاصة والعامة إقبالا يغتبط عليه.»
