Burning fragrances have a long tradition - passed down over the generations, the art of combining sweet smells and soaking woodchips with the fragrance is alive and flourishing today.
Bakhoor is normally burned on a Mabkhara - the traditional incense burner. This Mabkhara is then passed to each guest as a gesture of hospitality and welcome. Now you can also enjoy this rare and precious fragrance in your house.
Method of burning Bakhoor: Place a Bakhoor on the copper plate. Light a t-lite candle & place it below the plate in the allocated slot. Fragrant smoke, saturated with rich Bakhoor aroma will gradually rise and spread through the room. Fragrant smoke continues for approx 45 min. Allow it to cool. Clean the apparatus after every use. Discard the used Bakhoor.
