Usage:

• It is advisable to stir the mud well before use
• Cleanse the skin with La Cure Salt Soap or Mud Soap and wash with lukewarm water. Place the mud on cleansed skin
• Leave the mud for 15-30 minutes. Then wash off with lukewarm water
• It is advisable to use La Cure Moisturizing Cream or Body Lotion after the mud
• For best results and maximum benefits it is recommended to use once a week for normal skin. For problem skin twice a week usage is recommended.
