The book does not have any new lessons so every lesson in the textbook confronted with the same lesson in activity and exercises book (The same title) it has a difference in types of activities which focus on what been mentioned in textbook to confirm learning.
- Every lesson in unit has different activities, which range between (6-10) activities; it may be more or less. It strengthen the concepts and skills that been taught in the main textbook. The activities comes with different formats like:

- يقع الكتاب في (84 صفحة) حجم 21×28 (أربعة ألوان).
- يتكوّن الكتاب من عشرين (20) دَرْساً.. وهي الدّروس نفسها، الواردة في كتاب الطالب، فكلّ درس في كتاب الطالب يقابله درس مماثل (يحمل العنوان نفسه) في كتاب التمارين والأنشطة، ولكن بأنشطة جديدة، تركّز على فَهْمه لما ورد في كتاب الطالب، وتؤكّده.
- يشتمل كلّ درس من الدروس على أنشطة متنوّعة تتراوح بين ستة-عشرة (6-10) أنشطة (غالباً)، وقد تزيد على ذلك وقد تنقص عنه، تؤكّد -في مجملها- ترسيخ المفاهيم والمهارات التي يتعلّمها الطفل في كتاب الطالب. وترد الأنشطة بصيغ مختلفة من مِثْل أنشطة: ألوّن، ألاحظ وألوّن، أستمع وألاحظ، أتحدث وأصل، أركّب وأقرأ، أصل الحرف أو المقطع بالكلمة التي تحتوي عليه، أكتب، أصل وأختار الجملة المناسبة، أركّب وأصل، أقرأ وأبحث عن الكلمات، أقرأ وأضع دائرة حول المختلف، أركّب من الحروف كلمات وأقرأ، أعبّر عن الصّورة بجملة مفيدة، أختار الكلمة المناسبة لأكمل الجملة، أملأ الفراغ بالكلمة المناسبة، ألوّن السّلوك الصّحيح، ... إلخ.
