  • The book has 92 (21*28) pages with four colors.
  • The book consists of eight units. Each unit contains three lessons.
  • At the end of the book you will find of glossary of the key words that are used in the book. They are classified by order of appearance in the book’s units. They are classified in Arabic and translated to English to help the child who is learning, the teacher, and the parents in understanding the idea.
  • The book’s eight units (through the 24 lessons) focus on teaching the child the entire Arabic alphabet through short dialogues. It teaches children using a purposeful linguistic context.
  • The letters of the Arabic alphabet are organized from the easiest and the most common to the hardest and least common in the units and lessons so that the children will be able to easily learn the letters.
  • The units and lessons of the book are concerned with many subjects and cases including:
    • Introducing the child to him/herself
    • Introducing the main body parts
    • The importance of hygiene (of the body, house, tools/school supplies, clothes)
    • Family (the father, the mother, brothers, sisters, grandfather, grandmother)
    • Self-dependence (wearing clothes, drinking, eating and playing)
    • Parts of the house and its main components
    • The kindergarten’s facilities and main components
    • Respecting the teacher and friends
    • Basic colors

  • Only two forms of letters were used to suit the child’s level.
  • Every unit consists of three lessons, and each lesson includes four to six activities that deal with different skills to teach reading, writing, speaking, and listening, for example: I speak, I listen and repeat, I link, I read and link... and more.
  • This book includes eight chants that were especially composed for this series. At the end of each unit, you will find a nice and easy chant, which focuses on the meanings and basic concepts that the unit deals with.
  • The lessons of the book are presented with exciting and interesting drawings that let the child love the book, and attract him to it so that he starts learning eagerly and passionately.

    أوّلاً: كتاب الطالب
    • يقع الكتاب في (92 صفحة) حجم 21×28 (أربعة ألوان).
    • يتكوّن الكتاب من ثماني وحدات، وتتكوّن كلّ وحدة من ثلاثة (3) دروس.
    • يرد في نهاية الكتاب معجم الكلمات الأساسية التي تمّ استخدامها في الكتاب، إذ وردت مرتّبة حسب ورودها في وحدات الكتاب، فتمّ إيراد الكلمة باللغة العربية وترجمتها باللغة الإنجليزيّة، لتكون عَوْناً للطفل الدّراس وللمعلّمة / المعلّم، وللوالديْن في إدراك المطلوب بدقّة.
    • تركّز وحدات الكتاب الثماني (عبر الدّروس الأربعة والعشرين) على تعليم الطفل حروف اللغة العربيّة كاملة، من خلال نصّ حواريّ قصير (غالباً)، أي تعليم الأطفال من خلال سياق لغويّ هادف.
    • تمّ ترتيب تعليم حروف اللغة العربيّة في الوحدات والدّروس حسب الأسهل والأشْيَع، ليتمكن الأطفال من تعلّمها بيُسْرِ وسهولة.
    • تعرض وحدات الكتاب ودروسه لجملة من العناوين والقضايا أهمّها:
      • تعريف الطفل بنفسه.
      • تعريف بأجزاء الجسم الأساسية.
      • الحرص على النّظافة (الجسم، والبيت، والأدوات والملابس).
      • الأسرة (الأب، الأمّ، الإخوة، الأخوات، الجدّ، الجدّة).
      • الاعتماد على النّفس (في اللّباس، والطّعام والشّراب، واللّعب).
      • أقسام البيت ومكوّناته الأساسيّة.
      • مرافق الرّوضة ومكوّناتها الرّئيسة.
      • احترام المعلّمة والأصدقاء.
      • الألوان الأساسيّة.
      • التعاون.
      • الاحترام.
      • آداب ركوب حافلة الرّوضة.
      • محبّة الأقارب والأصحاب.
      • معرفة بلده وعَلَمها (بلدان مختلفة وأعلام مختلفة).
      • الأطعمة وتنوّعها.
      • آداب الطّعام وأقسامه المختلفة (الخضراوات والفواكه واللحوم..)
      • الملابس، واختيارها حسب فصول السّنة.
      • الفصول الأربعة.
      • حيوانات المزرعة.
      • الرّفق بالحيوان وملاطفته (التركيز على الحيوانات الأليفة).
      • ألعاب الطفل ومحافظته عليها.
      • الأشكال الهندسيّة.
  • تمّ التركيز على اعتماد شكلين فقط للحروف، لملاءمة ذلك لمستوى الطفل.
  • تتكوّن كلّ وحدة من ثلاثة دروس، يشتمل كلّ درْسٍ منها على أنشطة متنوّعة تتراوح بين أربعة-ستة (4-6) أنشطة، تعرض لمهارات مختلفة، لتعليم مهارات القراءة والكتابة والمحادثة والاستماع، من مِثْل أَنشطة: أتحدّث، أستمع وأردّد، أَصِل، أقرأ وأصل.. وغيرها.
  • يضمّ الكتاب ثمانية أناشيد نظمت خِصّيصاً لهذه السلسلة، إذ ترد أنشودة جميلة سهلة، في نهاية كلّ وحدة من الوحدات، تركّز على المعاني والمفاهيم الأساسيّة، التي تعرض لها الوحدة.
  • تمّ عرض دروس الكتاب عَبْر رسوم شائقة، تحبّب الكتاب إلى الطفل، وتجذبه إليه، ليقبل على تعلّمه بشغف وشوق.
